ELLA B. VALRIE, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, Plaintiff, v. L’OREAL USA, INC., and SOFT HEEN-CARSON, LLC, Defendants, Case No. 2:17-cv-00306-JEO (N.D. Ala., February 24, 2017), alleges that an inherent design and/or manufacturing defect in Defendants’ Soft Sheen-Carson Optimum Salon Haircare(R) brand Amla Legend Rejuvenating Ritual Relaxer Kit causes significant hair loss and skin and scalp irritation.  But Defendants allegedly concealed these material facts from consumers.
